Prose is a writing-coaching tool. It offers feedback, suggestions, and educational guidance on writing you create. It is not a ghostwriter, a grading authority, or a guarantee of academic results.
You are responsible for following your school's academic-integrity policies. Prose is designed to coach your own writing — use its suggestions as a tutor's advice, not as a way to submit work that isn't yours.
Scores, verdicts, and risk estimates in Prose are informational estimates produced by AI. They are not promises about the grade, evaluation, or detection outcome you will receive from any teacher, school, or tool.
Free and Pro tiers include usage limits to keep the service fast and affordable. Attempting to circumvent limits, share license keys beyond the device allowance, or abuse the API may result in suspension.
Pro purchases are processed by our payment provider. If Prose isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Features may change as Prose improves. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; if you have an active paid plan and a change materially removes what you paid for, you're entitled to a prorated refund.
Prose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
